How long does the free trial last?
Your QR code is free for 7 days. After that, you'll need to subscribe ($10/year) to keep it active. If you don't subscribe, the QR code will show an expired message when scanned.
Can I change where my QR code points?
Yes! That's the whole point. You can update the destination URL anytime from your dashboard. No need to print a new QR code.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your QR codes will continue working until your current billing period ends. After that, they'll expire. You can recover them anytime by resubscribing.
Will the QR code with a logo still scan?
Yes! We use high error correction when generating QR codes with logos, which allows up to 25% of the QR code to be obscured while remaining scannable.
What's a custom slug?
A custom slug lets you choose your own URL path, like /qr/my-restaurant instead of /qr/abc123. It's included in your subscription at no extra cost.
Can I see how many times my QR code was scanned?
Yes! Your dashboard shows click counts for each QR code. You can see total scans and when the last scan occurred.
